Pre-Sale
We are a small business. Because of this, when we're out of stock on an item we will list them for pre-sale until a unit threshold is met to then put in another print run for that product. Typically we print books in quantities of 25, so an item will be listed for pre-sale until 25 units are sold, at which point we then order those 25 units to be printed and shipped out.
Shipping
Our shipping warehouse consists of a couple of living rooms scattered across the country. We are about as indie as it gets, and so our shipping times can vary. We do our best to get books out in as timely a manner as possible, but know that it won't be as quick as a large corporation. This is compounded based on our current inventory and/or Pre-Sale status of the item you're ordering.
